What can I sell at the saturday market?
Anything to do with vintage, retro and antique fashion - nothing new but dresses, bags and items made from recycled vintage materials are welcome. You can also sell fashion accessories such as bags and shoes, jewellery, sewing accoutrements, linen and lace, boudoir items for my lady’s bedroom, gentlemen’s clothing and accessories, fashion art, shopping ephemera such as old catalogues and advertisements, patterns. If you are uncertain about anything, please do not hesitate to contact the marker organizers. Our markets are vetted events and should you display anything not in keeping with the concept of the markets you will be asked to remove the item.
Is it expensive to have floor space?
The cost of a 2m x 2m floor area (enough for a table or table and rack or two racks) is just $68 including gst for the Saturday. There are a small number of larger spaces measuring between 2.4m and 2.5m x 2m and these cost $86 including gst. A 1.8m or 2.2m table is provided. Payment is made in advance.
